I have some exciting news today! After a long dry spell while I was pursuing a dead-end career in IT, I have finally been able to start writing again.
So for the moment, I am scrapping the old attempt at finishing the collection “after thoughts” and I may or may not include the poems from that in the new collection.
The new collection will be called – plain and simple – “the 30th”, seeing as I am turning 30 in four months. This is a great chance to look both back and ahead – review and revise – and wonder at what might be next for me.
As topsy-turvy as my life has been so far, there’s really no knowing. But I am fully confident that my 30s will be better than anything that came before.
In any case, there will be a new poetry collection coming within the next four months. And I will probably start putting it together on this site, piece by piece, starting in a few days.
It’s going to be a bumpy ride, but I am so looking forward to finally writing again! It’s been far too long…
