Poems about wanderlust.

You know the feeling of wishing you could go somewhere else? It could be a specific location, or anywhere at all, really. The thing that matters is the urge to go.

Wanderlust is something K-M Skalkenæs is intimately familiar with, and so it is a topic that features regularly in her poetry. She has for long periods of time not been able to move about much for lack of money. So she has been relegated to merely wonder.

These musings have consequently become the content of these poems. They portray the feeling of being stuck in one place – and the urge to explore.
